PATHWAYS COUNSELING - AUBURN/OPELIKA
Counselor
The Counselor position will provide individual and family counseling, workshops, and family life conferences in order to bring the healing ministry of Jesus Christ to children and their families.
Applicants should have a Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited college or university; current Professional Counselor License from the State of Alabama (or working toward professional licensure); and experience in individual and group counseling with a wide range of clients, including children.
Applicants must also have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

PATHWAYS COUNSELING - BIRMINGHAM
RECEPTIONist & CLIENT SPECIALIST
The Reception and Client Specialist must possess organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, and sound knowledge of client record keeping. This position will be responsible for all counseling paperwork and filing, account management, records requests, and management of archived (paper and electronic) files. This position will act as a client liaison to assist new intakes in addition to following up on open invoices. This position will lead in any front office duties necessary for the functioning of the Birmingham location.
Applicants must have experience in Finance or Accounting.

MOBILE
ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST
The Engagement Specialist will provide comprehensive advancement in support of the ministry’s vision, mission, values, strategic plan, goals, and overall engagement philosophy. Through relationships and presentation, the Engagement Specialist will secure partnerships with donors and churches throughout an assigned area.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree, as well as a minimum of two years’ work experience in fund development, sales, financial services, marketing, or related fields.
